The Center For Academic referrals, Testing and Management (CARETM) was formed to assess deficits in most academic processes thus;

Assess school going and post - school individuals profesionally to find out what they can learn and what they cant. From what they can learn, we would formulate a career.

Assess school going and post school individuals for gifts and talents so to discover individuals with spare capacity to exceed expectations hence national drivers.

Provide school and college referral services so as to deal with candidates who may not specifically benefit from their situations, just like hospitals refer their patients.

Provide academic programmes that would enable persons from these processes to progress / excel in their careers.

CARETM thus provides a modern bio-medical approach to education whereby "you must test before prescribing", just like a medical doctor would do before offering medication. We are a non-profit making insititution.
